A takeaway lunch or a pizza table
Shambles Kitchen’s small chicken and vegan shawarmas are £6 each, with shared seating behind the takeaway. For a sit-down pizza, Cresci lists a cheese-free Marinara at £7.50 and a Margherita at £9.90. Choose by the meal you want: the smaller wrap and whole pizza are different orders, and drinks or extras increase the bill.
Smaller orders alongside a drink
Valhalla’s regular vegan loaded fries are £8.75; its kitchen closes at 8pm. At Yuzu inside Brew York, a single bao is £8, but two cost £15 and katsu dishes cost more. These can be useful smaller orders, not a promise of a complete meal under £10. Budget for drinks and check any service charge separately.
A vegetarian deli lunch on Goodramgate
Goji’s takeaway menu lists vegan wraps at £5.50 and tofu banh mi at £8.95. These are deli prices, and fillings or availability can vary. The café is closed on Mondays and does not currently open in the evening, so it suits a daytime stop. Its full menu is vegetarian with vegan choices; some dishes contain dairy.
